Transactional law is the art of doing deals – and then putting them down on paper in a contract. But different lawyers do things differently.

We draft a clear document that can be read and understood by a non-lawyer. While some legalese is necessary, the use of impenetrable language is usually the result of laziness.

We handle every type of deal our clients bring in the door. This could be anything: A fashion designer contracting to produce a new line for a retailer, an entrepreneur negotiating with an investor for seed money or making a full-scale securities offering, a social networking site contracting for bandwidth and hosting services, and on and on.
